Contudo, o prazo de oito anos continua valendo em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira condena\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 contado duas vezes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Em junho, Bolsonaro foi\u00a0condenado pela corte eleitoral \u00e0 inelegibilidade por oito anos\u00a0por abuso de poder pol\u00edtico e uso indevido dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Bolsonaro protagonizou uma reuni\u00e3o com embaixadores, em julho do ano passado, no Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada, onde atacou o sistema eletr\u00f4nico de vota\u00e7\u00e3o. O general Braga Netto foi absolvido no julgamento por n\u00e3o ter participado do encontro, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 alvo do novo julgamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Processos<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">No primeiro processo, o PDT alega que o ent\u00e3o presidente fez uma transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo pelas redes sociais (live) no dia 21 de setembro de 2022, dentro da biblioteca do Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada, para apresentar propostas eleitorais e pedir votos a candidatos apoiados por ele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">O segundo processo trata de outra transmiss\u00e3o realizada em 18 de agosto do ano passado. Segundo o PDT, Bolsonaro pediu votos para sua candidatura e para aliados pol\u00edticos que tamb\u00e9m disputavam as elei\u00e7\u00f5es, chegando a mostrar os \u201csantinhos\u201d das campanhas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-fetch=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Na terceira a\u00e7\u00e3o, as coliga\u00e7\u00f5es do PT e do PSOL questionaram a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma reuni\u00e3o de Bolsonaro com governadores e cantores sertanejos, entre os dias 3 e 6 de outubro, para anunciar apoio pol\u00edtico para a disputa do segundo turno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Defesa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">No primeiro dia de julgamento, o advogado Tarc\u00edsio Vieira de Carvalho, representante de Bolsonaro, questionou a legalidade do julgamento conjunto das tr\u00eas a\u00e7\u00f5es e afirmou que a medida prejudica a defesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das lives, o advogado afirmou que n\u00e3o foi usada a estrutura estatal. Segundo o defensor, as transmiss\u00f5es foram feitas por meio das redes privadas de Bolsonaro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">\u201cEssa reuni\u00e3o ocorreu na parte externa do pal\u00e1cio.
